2. What we sell

We sell a personalised digital sleep-support product/service called the Personalised Sleep Protocol.

The Personalised Sleep Protocol is created using the answers you provide in your sleep assessment. You are purchasing a personalised digital protocol designed to support relaxation, sleep preparation, nervous-system settling and general wellbeing.

Your protocol may include personalised sleep-support guidance, guided sleep audio, listening instructions, sound or relaxation recommendations, routine suggestions and supporting notes based on your assessment responses.

The delivery format may vary as we improve our fulfilment system, but the core product remains the same: a personalised digital sleep-support protocol created from the information you provide.

3. Price and payment

The price of the Personalised Sleep Protocol is £97.

You complete your sleep assessment before being taken to checkout. Payment is then taken at checkout.

Your order is ready for fulfilment once we have received both:

1. your completed sleep assessment; and
2. successful payment.

4. The sleep assessment

Before purchase, you are asked to complete a sleep assessment. Your answers are used to understand your night-time pattern and personalise your protocol.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and appropriate information. If your answers are incomplete or unclear, we may contact you before completing your protocol and this may delay delivery.

Completing the assessment does not itself require you to purchase the Personalised Sleep Protocol.

5. Delivery

Your Personalised Sleep Protocol will be supplied digitally.

Depending on the fulfilment format used at the time of delivery, this may be provided by email, downloadable digital file, private access link or a private digital playback page. We may update or improve the delivery format over time, provided you still receive access to the product you purchased.

Our target delivery time is 24–48 hours after we have received successful payment and your completed assessment.

In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 5 working days after both have been received. This may happen because of demand, the level of personalisation required, technical issues, platform issues or other fulfilment requirements.

If we need more information from you before completing your order, we may contact you by email. Any delay in receiving that information may delay delivery.

6. Personalised digital product/service

The Personalised Sleep Protocol is a personalised digital product/service created using your assessment responses.

Because it is personalised and supplied digitally, we may begin preparing and/or supplying your protocol after successful payment, including before the end of the standard 14-day cancellation period.

Where required, we may ask you at checkout to confirm that:

1. you want us to begin preparing and/or supplying your personalised digital protocol before the end of the standard 14-day cancellation period; and
2. you understand that once personalised work or digital supply has begun, your statutory cancellation rights may be affected.

This clause does not remove your statutory rights. It also does not remove our separate 14-day Meaningful Step Forward Guarantee.

7. Refunds and guarantee

To request a refund, email info@ethereal-flow.co.uk. Please include the email address used for purchase and your order details where available.

We may refuse a refund request where there is clear evidence of fraud, abuse, repeated misuse, chargeback abuse or a serious breach of these Terms. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Cancellation rights

As a consumer buying online, you may have statutory cancellation rights depending on the nature of the product/service and whether personalised work or digital supply has begun.

The Personalised Sleep Protocol is personalised and digital. If you ask us to begin preparing or supplying your protocol during the standard cancellation period, your statutory cancellation rights may be affected once that work or supply begins.

Where required, we will ask you to give express consent for us to begin digital supply or personalised work during the cancellation period and to acknowledge that your cancellation rights may be affected.

Nothing in this clause removes your statutory rights. It also does not remove our separate 14-day Meaningful Step Forward Guarantee, which is offered as a customer-friendly commercial guarantee.

9. Health, wellbeing and medical disclaimer

The Personalised Sleep Protocol is provided for relaxation, sleep support, self-development and general wellbeing.

It is not medical treatment. It is not therapy. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical, psychological, psychiatric or sleep-related condition.

It is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist or other qualified professional.

If you have a medical condition, mental health condition, trauma history, sleep disorder, epilepsy, severe anxiety or any concern about whether the protocol is suitable for you, seek appropriate professional advice before using it.

Do not use the protocol while driving, operating machinery or doing anything that requires your full attention.

If you feel distressed, unsafe or unwell while using the protocol, stop using it and seek appropriate support.

10. Results disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific sleep, health, emotional, mental or lifestyle outcome.

Results vary from person to person and depend on many factors, including your personal circumstances, consistency of use, sleep environment, stress levels, health and wider lifestyle context.

The Personalised Sleep Protocol is designed as a support tool, not a guaranteed result.

11. Your use of the product

Your Personalised Sleep Protocol is for your own private personal use only.

You must not:

• resell it
• share it publicly
• upload it to social media, YouTube, streaming platforms, file-sharing platforms or public websites
• copy, reproduce or redistribute it
• use it for commercial purposes
• use it to create competing products or services
• extract, copy or imitate Ethereal Flow’s scripts, audio structure, creative method, branding or materials

12. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Personalised Sleep Protocol and all related Ethereal Flow materials remain owned by Ethereal Flow Studios Ltd or its licensors.

When you purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use your protocol for private personal use.

You do not own the underlying scripts, recordings, methods, structure, branding, designs, copy, audio, video, written materials or creative system.

13. Access and technical requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable device, internet connection, browser, media player, email access and any other technology needed to access the digital product.

We are not responsible for issues caused by your device, internet connection, email settings, spam filters, software or third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

14. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website, products, links, files, private pages, checkout process, assessment or delivery system.

You must not attempt to interfere with, copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, hack, bypass or gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, systems, private links or delivery platform.

15. Changes to the offer or delivery format

We may update, refine or improve the Personalised Sleep Protocol, our delivery format and our fulfilment process over time.

This may include moving from email delivery to downloadable files, private digital access links, private playback pages or app-style access.

Any such change will not remove your right to receive the product you purchased.

16. Limitation of liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data or any loss caused by misuse of the product or failure to follow safety guidance.

Our total liability to you for any claim relating to your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product, except where the law does not allow this limitation.

17. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control. This may include technical failures, internet outages, platform issues, illness, payment provider issues, cyber incidents, supplier failures or other events we could not reasonably prevent.

If this affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to contact you and complete delivery as soon as practical.

18. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, how long we keep it and who we share it with.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The version that applies to your purchase is the version available at the time you place your order, unless a change is required by law or is clearly beneficial to you.
